To start a remote session please click the start arrow. A small software client will download – please allow the software to install by clicking Open, Run, OK, Allow, or Yes to any popup that is displayed. Once the client is installed the support team will be able to remote into your system to troubleshoot the issue.
If you prefer - you can also install the permanent client by clicking the appropriate link below. You would no longer have to start the session manually. This client will always run in the background of your system for easy remote support.
